WORKING HOURS

Pickup point is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Address: Murmansk, Samoilova St. 5 (entrance from the yard). Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are days off. Orders are processed only during working hours. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends are processed on the next business day.
How to Place an Order

Add items to your cart (package weight is shown on the button). 2. Go to your cart and review your order. 3. Proceed to the next page and fill out the form: name, phone number, delivery or pickup address. Please read the "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Service" — if you agree, click the "PLACE ORDER" button. 4. Wait for our manager's call to confirm your order. Calls are handled during working hours. 5. Delivery takes place on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday after confirmation. Pickup is available Mon–Fri from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Samoilova St. 5.
Delivery Days & Cost

Delivery is available three times a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — throughout the day. You may leave a time preference, but the courier is not obligated to arrive at that exact time. For Murmansk and Kola: delivery is free for orders over 4,000 ₽, or 300 ₽ for smaller orders. For other cities, delivery cost is shown in the dropdown list at checkout.

Nearby areas (Kola, Safonovo) — delivery on the same days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Remote areas — delivery is available once every two weeks. Follow our VK group for upcoming delivery dates. Place your order in advance — at least one day before departure. We will call you the day before to confirm your order.
