PRIVACY POLICY
General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is an official document of BELOKAMENKA-TRADE Limited Liability Company (INN/OGRN are indicated in the invoice/agreement), hereinafter referred to as the "Operator" or "Seller", and defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users (hereinafter referred to as the "User") of the website https://belokamenka.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
1.2. The Policy is developed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".
1.3. By using the Site and providing their personal data through registration forms, order placement, and other interaction tools, the User confirms that they have read the provisions of this Policy and expresses their full, specific, informed, and conscious consent to the processing of personal data on the terms set out in the Policy.
Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
2.1. Consent to the processing of personal data is provided by the User by performing one of the following conclusive actions:
a) Checking the box "I agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy" when registering on the Site or placing an order;
b) Checking a separate box "I agree to receive advertising and informational materials" (if available).

Purposes, Composition, and Terms of Personal Data Processing
Users' personal data is processed by the Operator strictly to achieve specific, predetermined, and lawful purposes.
3.1. Purpose: Conclusion, execution, modification, and termination of sales contracts; customer service, including processing requests, returns, and warranty obligations; analysis of consumer behavior to improve service; enabling repeat purchases and preserving order history.
* Data Composition: Last name, first name, patronymic; contact phone number; email address; delivery address; complete order history (date, items, amount, status); support request history.
* Legal Basis: Article 6, Part 1, Clauses 1, 5, 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ (consent of the data subject, execution of a contract, legitimate interests of the operator).
* Processing Term: For the duration of the business necessity, but not less than the terms established by the legislation of the Russian Federation (e.g., 5 years for tax accounting). Processing ceases, and data is subject to deletion or anonymization only upon the user's request (Section 5 of this Policy) or if it is objectively established that the data is no longer required for the stated purposes.
3.2. Purpose: Promotion of goods and services on the market, sending advertising and informational messages.
* Data Composition: Name; email address; mobile phone number.
* Legal Basis: Consent of the data subject (Art. 6, Part 1, Clause 1 of 152-FZ).
* Processing Term: 5 (five) years from the moment of obtaining consent or until its withdrawal by the User (whichever occurs earlier).
3.3. Purpose: Analysis of user behavior on the Site, improvement of its operation, and development of new features (using anonymized data).
* Data Composition: Technical data (IP address, cookie data, browser and device information, page visit history, metrics program indicators).
* Legal Basis: Legitimate interests of the operator (Art. 6, Part 1, Clause 9 of 152-FZ).
* Processing Term: Data for analytics is anonymized, and further processing is carried out for statistical purposes without a time limit.
Conditions for Processing and Transferring Data to Third Parties
4.1. The Operator undertakes not to disclose to third parties and not to disseminate the User's personal data without their consent, except for cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as cases where such transfer is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.
4.2. To ensure the operation of the Site and fulfill obligations to the User, the Operator may transfer data to the following categories of third parties:
* Payment Services: for payment processing, data is transferred to the payment aggregator PayKeeper. PayKeeper's Privacy Policy is available at: https://docs.paykeeper.ru/confidential/.
* Analytics Services: to analyze traffic and Site effectiveness, data collected by the "Yandex.Metrika" service (Yandex LLC) is used. Yandex Privacy Policy: https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential.
* Communication Services: email may be processed via the hosting provider Timeweb.
* Delivery Services: if delivery involves external logistics companies, the necessary contact details and User's address may be transferred to execute order delivery. At the time of the Policy's publication, delivery is mainly carried out by the Seller's own forces.
* Government Authorities: in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.3. In the future, to improve service, the Operator may begin using other services and involve other processors. In such a case, the list in this section will be updated, and new processors will be involved only on terms that comply with the requirements of personal data legislation.
User Rights
5.1. The User has the right to:
* Freely access their personal data, request its clarification, blocking, or deletion.
* Demand the elimination of the Operator's unlawful actions regarding their personal data.
* Withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data, except for cases where processing is necessary for the execution of a contract or provided for by law.
5.2. To exercise the right to delete or anonymize data, the User may:
a) If the User has an account (Personal Account) – use the "Delete Account" function in the corresponding section of the Site.
b) If the User placed an order without registration – send a request to the Operator's email: privacy@belokamenka.com. The key identifier for searching data is the phone number used in the order. To expedite processing, the User may also indicate the name under which orders were placed, and/or the approximate delivery address.
5.3. To protect data from unauthorized deletion, the Operator has the right to request additional confirmation of phone number ownership from a User contacting as a "guest" (e.g., by sending an SMS with a verification code). After successful verification, the request will be fulfilled within a period not exceeding 30 days from the moment of its receipt.
5.4. Data anonymization means the removal of direct identifying information (full name, phone, email, exact address), while anonymous data about completed transactions (date, amount, order composition) may be retained for accounting purposes and internal analysis in anonymized form, which does not constitute a violation of the User's rights.
5.5. Exercise other rights provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, in particular, Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
Cookies Technology
6.1. The Site uses cookies to personalize content, analyze traffic, improve usability, and ensure security. The User can disable the storage of cookies in their browser settings or configure notifications about their sending, but this may limit the Site's functionality.
6.2. The use of cookies, the content of which is determined and processed by a third-party service (e.g., Yandex.Metrika), is also regulated by the privacy policies of the respective third parties, links to which are provided in Section 4 of this Policy.
